HIGH-QUALITY DISHWASHING SYSTEM

The UF can be included in a network via CONNECTED WASH via LAN or WLAN (Wi-Fi). Your usage data is analyzed and evaluated to make specific recommendations that optimize your washing process. The accompanying app gives you always access to the data that is important to you and you will receive a notification if there is a malfunction.

FOLD DOWN DOOR

With the UF series utensil washing machine, it's not just washing that runs smoothly. Cleaning the interior of the machine is also problem-free; the optional drop-down door can be unlocked and simply folded down. This means there is nothing in the way and the interior of the machine is easily accessible.

BARREL TRANSPORT WAGON

Ergonomic. Practical. Uncomplicated. The basket transport trolley is an accessory that allows large and heavy dishes to be quickly collected and easily transported to the machine. Once arrived at the machine, the basket is simply pushed directly from the transport trolley into the machine. And after washing, everything can be sorted and quickly put away. For an optimal workflow in the dishwashing kitchen.

FIRST FILLING WITH HOT WATER

After the machine has been filled, it takes a few minutes before it is ready to start. The UF can optionally be configured so that the tank is filled directly with hot water. This means the dishwasher is ready for use faster and uses less energy. This of course also applies if the tank water is replaced during the day.

HEAT RECOVERY

Intelligent energy consumption: as an option, every UF machine can be supplied with a built-in "Energy" function, a system for heat recovery from the exhaust air. The energy from the hot steam is used to preheat the cold supply water. This significantly reduces energy consumption, reduces operating costs and ensures that hardly any steam escapes when the machine is opened.

PRE-SOAK PROCEDURE

For the toughest tasks, the UF is optionally available with the "TurboZyme" pre-soaking procedure. Here the dishes are soaked with the special 'enzyme-based pre-treatment agent' before the actual washing cycle starts, so that dried and caked-on dirt is loosened. This guarantees an optimal washing result, even for the most difficult soiling and at the same time saves time and effort. Manual pre-rinsing becomes easier and can even be skipped altogether.

COLD WATER PRE-RINSE

Anyone who works with egg whites and starch knows that it is important to pre-rinse with cold water so that the dirt does not stick to the dishes. All UF series utensil washing machines are optionally equipped with a cold water pre-rinse. Clean, cold water removes dirt before the actual washing cycle starts. This guarantees a hygienically clean washing result and makes manual pre-rinsing less labor-intensive.
