Register

For certain parts of our webshop you must first register. After registration, we will store the personal data you provided via the e-mail address you provided. We store this data so that you do not have to fill it in again every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your e-mail address to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if this is legally required. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our webshop, we can hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Access portal

With our portal you can gain access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things yourself.

Processing order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper processing, we can also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.

Contact form and newsletter

We offer the option to ask questions via a contact form in our webshop, where you are asked to fill in various details to process your question. You choose which details you provide. The data you send us will be stored for as long as is necessary to fully answer and process the form or the content of your email.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.

Location data

If necessary for the service, we can collect location data (GPS) from you. Your permission will be requested for this at the time itself.

This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by, for example, Google or Apple themselves. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the relevant provider.

Publication

We do not publish your customer data.

Advertisements

Our webshop displays advertisements.

Provision to third parties

We may pass on your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement.

These partners are (also) located outside the EU. We have strict agreements with them to comply with European privacy regulations.

Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are also placed by third parties that we have engaged.

When you visit our webshop for the first time, a message is displayed in which we explain why we use cookies. We regard your further use of our webshop as permission for this use of cookies.

Tag Management System

We use Google Tag Manager. A tag management system allows us to isolate specific content from this website and store it in a so-called tag. This allows us to easily make specific content dependent on all kinds of different variables, such as permission. This means that a tag could contain the rule that a certain cookie or marketing campaign may only be placed after you - as a visitor - have agreed to the placing of cookies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we have the IP addresses anonymized.

Klarna

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Security

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.

Retention periods

The personal data described above are stored for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the fiscal retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

Third-party websites

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our webshop by means of links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using them.

Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
