The PT-XL EnergyPlus pass-through dishwasher is equipped with a large waste water heat exchanger and an additional extract air heat exchanger. This combination ensures maximum efficiency and an optimal climate in the kitchen.
The extract air heat exchanger extracts energy from moist, warm air while the waste water heat exchanger uses the heat from the waste water to preheat the cold supply water.
The EnergyPlus heat recovery system reduces operating costs, improves the climate in the kitchen and also reduces the energy consumption of the machine.

Pass-through dishwashers of the PT series have 4 special types of software; dishwasher, bistro dishwasher, glass washing machine and cutlery washing machine.

-Energy Plus: In addition to using the energy stored in the waste water to heat up the cold incoming water, the heat exchanger collects the warm exhaust air, creating a double heating system. Saves up to 20% in operating/energy costs.

-VarioPower: variable adjustment of the water pressure. -Full-flow filtration: 100% of the wash water passes through a fine-mesh filter cylinder. This means continuously clean washing water, optimal washing results and reduced water and energy consumption.
-Active energy management: The active energy management distributes the available energy optimally and ensures an efficient cleaning process. Quick to use thanks to reduced heat-up time, shorter wash cycles and continuous basket washing possible at peak times.
-Washing field: Two elliptical washing fields provide optimum washing performance and full surface coverage. Elliptical wash fields above and below provide optimum washing results. Specially designed nozzles provide maximum surface coverage. Every part of the dishes can be reached through the wash and rinse nozzles. Integrated washing nozzles cannot get into the machine and get lost.
-Hygienic design: a well-thought-out concept for perfect hygiene and low cleaning costs, smooth, seamless interior, deep-drawn hygienic tank, hygienic heating element, corners and crevices where dirt can settle.
-Self-cleaning program: Hygienic cleaning of the interior of the machine at the end of the working day. Thanks to the drain pump, no waste water remains in the machine. Prevents deposits and odors.
-Thermostop: guarantee that the rinsing only starts when the boiler has reached a certain set temperature.
-Turbidity Sensor: A turbidity sensor supports the basic filtration system and keeps the wash water clean, the sensor continuously monitors the turbidity of the water in the tank. The water in the tank is automatically refreshed if the turbidity becomes too high.
