Winterhalter AT Excellence-M Reverse osmosis

The AT Excellence-M is a computer-controlled water treatment device that uses the principle of reverse osmosis to reduce the total salt content of the supply water. When washing dishes and glasses by machine, the treatment of the supply water is a prerequisite for a perfect washing result. Water treatment with this reverse osmosis device reduces operating costs compared to, for example, the VE 15 and VE 20 full desalination cartridges.
The AT Excellence-M basically consists of eight reverse osmosis membranes with a pre-connected pressure booster pump. The AT Excellence-M is an independent device that is placed upright next to the dishwasher. The housing of the AT Excellence-M must not be subjected to mechanical stress.

The appliance has a completely sealed housing, with splash protection that allows for problem-free use even in the catering kitchen. The front is equipped with a digital display that constantly shows the current operating status of the AT Excellence-M by means of colours, pictograms or texts. In addition, the operating status can be shown on the dishwasher display, thanks to communication between the AT Excellence-M and the dishwasher.

During longer washing breaks, the AquaOpt function optimises the water quality. This function can be set to company-specific quality requirements. This means that washing is always done with optimum water, guaranteeing a perfect washing result.

The water connection and the hose to the dishwasher are equipped with a ¾” screw connection. The AT Excellence-M is connected to the dishwasher with a hose with a ¾” IG angled screw connection (2.5 m long). A flexible drain hose (1.5 m long) is also included in the delivery. The drain connection must be equipped with the enclosed drain ventilation. Electrical voltage is required to operate the appliance.
