The AT Excellence-S is a computer-controlled water treatment device that reduces the total salt content of the supply water using the principle of reverse osmosis. When washing dishes and glasses by machine, the treatment of the inlet water is a prerequisite for a perfect washing result. Water treatment with this reverse osmosis device means that operating costs are lower than with, for example, the full desalination cartridges VE 15 and VE 20.
The AT Excellence-S basically consists of four reverse osmosis membranes with an upstream pressure boosting pump. The AT Excellence-S is an independent appliance that is placed standing next to the dishwasher. The housing of the AT Excellence-S must not be subject to mechanical stress. The device has an all-round closed housing with splash protection that ensures trouble-free use even in gastronomy kitchens. The front is equipped with a digital display that constantly shows the current operating status of the AT Excellence-S through colors, icons or texts. In addition, the operating status can be shown on the dishwasher display, thanks to communication between AT Excellence-S and dishwasher. During longer washing breaks, the AquaOpt function optimizes the water quality. This function can be set to company-specific quality requirements. This means that washing is always done with optimal water, which guarantees a perfect washing result.
The water connection and the hose to the dishwasher have a ¾” screw connection. The AT Excellence-S is connected to the dishwasher with a hose with an angled screw connection ¾” IG (2.5 m long). A flexible drain water hose (1.5 m long) is also included in the scope of delivery. The drain water connection must be equipped with the enclosed drain ventilation. Electrical power is required to use the device.
