VARIABLE WASH PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT

Each UC comes standard with variable water pressure control. "VarioPower" adapts the water pressure precisely to the type of dishes and the degree of soiling. Vulnerable glasses and fragile dishes are washed with a lower water pressure and robust crockery with a higher water pressure. This removes all contamination while the crockery is handled with care.

INTELLIGENT TOUCH SCREEN

The UC cockpit is formed by an intelligent touchscreen. With one-button operation. A language independent user interface with understandable icons. And with the swipe control known from smartphones. HEAT RECOVERY

The energy from the hot steam is used to preheat the cold supply water. This significantly reduces energy consumption, reduces operating costs and ensures that hardly any steam escapes when the machine is opened.
