Returns

An ordered product can be returned only in some cases. The product must be returned in their original packaging.

Ordered products cannot be returned if they:

• Have been used or the original packaging has been opened/removed
• Are damaged
• Are specially made for you
• Are specially ordered for you

Conditions

• The returned item must be returned within 7 days of notification of the return to us and received by us.
• The returned item must be provided with a return form that you received from us after approval of the return.
• The returned item must be sent to the address on the return form.

All returns must be sufficiently stamped. The risk of the return lies with the person who returns the item.

Refund

Once the products are received and processed, the corresponding amount will be refunded as soon as possible to your account. The shipping of the original package will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.
