The PT-M EnergyPlus pass through dishwasher is equipped with a large waste water heat exchanger and an additional exhaust air heat exchanger. This combination ensures maximum efficiency and an optimal climate in the kitchen.
The exhaust air heat exchanger extracts energy from warm moist air, while the waste water heat exchanger uses the heat from the waste water to preheat the cold supply water.
The EnergyPlus heat recovery reduces operating costs, improves the climate in the kitchen and also reduces the energy consumption of the machine.
