Application options:
-Suitable for professional front-loading, pass-through, basket and belt conveyor dishwashers in restaurants, hotels and kitchens of healthcare institutions
-Suitable for all types of glass, porcelain, plastic, stainless steel and cutlery
-Actively removes all types of dried food residues as well as coffee and tea residues and other dyes

-Not suitable for aluminum, not even for anodized material and light metal alloys

For perfect washing results, we recommend using this detergent in Winterhalter dishwashers together with Winterhalter rinse aid B 100 N and Winterhalter water treatment. From 10 °dGH, suitable water treatment or the use of Winterhalter cleaning agent F 8700 and rinse aid B 200 S guarantees optimal washing results. Through proper water treatment, cleaning agent consumption can be reduced by 50%.
