FOLD-DOWN DOOR

With the UF series utensil washing machine, it is not only the washing process that runs smoothly. Cleaning the machine's interior is also effortless; the optional drop-down door can be unlocked and simply folded down. This ensures nothing gets in the way and the machine's interior is easily accessible.

BASKET TRANSPORT VEHICLE

Ergonomic. Practical. Uncomplicated. The basket trolley is an accessory that allows large and heavy dishes to be collected quickly and easily transported to the machine. Upon arrival at the machine, the basket is simply slid directly from the trolley into the machine. And after washing, everything can be sorted and quickly put away. FIRST FILLING WITH WARM WATER

After the machine is filled, it takes a few minutes before it is ready to start. The UF can optionally be configured to fill the tank directly with hot water. This ensures the dishwasher is ready for use faster and consumes less energy. Naturally, this also applies if the tank water is replaced during the day.

HEAT RECOVERY

Intelligent energy consumption: as an option, every UF machine can be supplied with a built-in "Energy" function, a system for recovering heat from the exhaust air. In this process, the energy from the hot steam is used to preheat the cold feed water. This significantly reduces energy consumption, lowers operating costs, and ensures that hardly any steam escapes when the machine is opened.

PRE-WEEK PROCEDURE

For the toughest jobs, the UF is available as an option with the "TurboZyme" pre-soaking procedure. Here, the dishes are soaked with the special enzyme-based pre-treatment agent before the actual wash cycle starts, allowing dried-on and caked-on dirt to loosen in advance. This guarantees an optimal washing result, even for the most difficult soiling, while simultaneously saving time and effort. Manual pre-rinsing becomes easier and can even be skipped entirely.

COLD WATER PRE-RINSE

Anyone who works with protein and starch knows it: it is important to pre-rinse with cold water so that dirt does not cake onto the dishes. All UF series utensil washers are optionally equipped with a cold water pre-rinse. Clean, cold water removes dirt before the actual wash cycle starts. This guarantees a hygienically clean wash result and makes manual pre-rinsing less labor-intensive.
